    Quantity:

    Digital can be the best option when printing low quantities or if there are too many colors for screen printing.

    Screen printing is great for high quantities and the best option if using a very specific Pantone color, fluorescent or metallic ink.

    Process:

    With screen printing, one application of color is printed at a time. Digital printing uses inkjet technology and prints all colors at once. Our expert staff takes pride in finding the right solution for your needs and delivering the highest quality product possible.

    Screen printing is an option for certain materials that do not work with digital printing. Mylar film is a common material that can only be screen printed.

  • Lamination is a film applied as a top coat to the product after printing. It acts as a protective layer and enhances the appearance with a gloss or matte finish. Different thickness options are available that create a stronger, more durable product.

  • Lamination helps reduce the risk of scratches, nicks, and fading as it acts as a protective barrier to the underlying ink and base layer. Our vinyl stickers are always waterproof and it’s also recommended to laminate if used outdoors or exposed to any other extreme elements.

  • We offer two great matte finishes, both elevate the product’s appearance. Stickers can be finished with UV matte clear coat or matte lamination. UV matte clear coat adds an extra layer of protection against light exposure.

  • We have a few professional options: rainbow, shiny silver, shiny gold, and brushed silver. If you have a unique requirement please let your rep know so that we can provide the best option.

  • We use UV-resistant ink that is intended to stay fade-resistant for at least 5 years outdoors. Please take the intended use and environment into consideration. If the sticker will be in direct sunlight daily then the timeframe for fading could be reduced.

PROCESS

  • Artwork should be saved and sent to us as .ai, .eps, or .pdf for screen printing projects.

  • Vector artwork should be saved and sent to us as .ai, .eps, .pdf, or a 300dpi image for digital printing projects.

  • We can assist with creating the die cut lines. If you already created the die line then please have that clearly labeled. We will provide a proof with the cut line for your final review.

  • Yes, you will receive a proof within 24 business hours after sending the purchase order. Please let your sales rep know if an art proof is required to send your purchase order and we will provide it for you to prepare your order.
