ALL SUPPLIERS ARE EVALUATED ONCE A YEAR ON QUALITY, DELIVERY AND SERVICE
Top management gathers annually to evaluate our approved suppliers and consider new ones. We discuss pricing based on competitive analysis, non-conforming products that were rejected, and any late deliveries that result in missing a target ship date to our customer. Each category is worth 10 points. Suppliers with a score of 23 or above are considered gold suppliers. Those scoring between 22 and 14 are deemed silver suppliers, and a corrective plan is required. Suppliers scoring below 14 will no longer do business with us.
